Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
At Racer International, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable or digital products
• Health and personal care items
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
Please note that used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchased item back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
• Items with obvious signs of use
• Products not in original condition
• Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please mail it to our return address (provided by our support team).
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value items. Racer International cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
